All orders are delivered via third-party courier services and take 2-6 business days - depending on your location, delivery zone, and other factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, and courier capacity orders may exceed this timeframe occasionally.
Where a particular product is unavailable a substitute of equal or greater value may be provided without impacting the overall quality and style of the hamper.
